Can WhatsApp really not add customers automatically?
No — and no honest platform can promise otherwise. Meta's official WhatsApp Groups API has no add-participant call, only create, remove and invite-link management. Telegram and Discord are fully automatic; WhatsApp gives you tracked one-time invite links and a removals queue instead.
Does Solntic ever hold my money?
No. You connect your own payment account and customers pay you directly. Solntic charges a separate subscription for the platform, and never sees, splits or forwards your sales.
What happens when a subscriber's payment fails or they cancel?
Their access is revoked the same way it was granted — automatically for Telegram and Discord, and added to your removals queue for WhatsApp.
Can I run my store in Arabic and English?
Yes, both are first-class. You write your product and plan details in both languages once, and every customer sees their own.
