Who this covers
These terms will govern the agreement between Solntic and every vendor who sells channel access through the platform, and the customers who buy from them.
What Solntic provides
A storefront, a dashboard, and automated (or assisted, for WhatsApp) provisioning of access to a vendor's own Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp channel.
Payments
Vendors connect their own payment gateway. Solntic never holds, splits or forwards a vendor's sales, and charges vendors a separate platform subscription.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the content of their own channels and for honouring what they sell. Solntic provisions and revokes access; it does not moderate a vendor's community.
