What we collect
Account details for vendors, and checkout details — name, email, and phone number where a channel needs one — for their customers.
Why we collect it
To provision and revoke channel access, to process payments through the vendor's own gateway, and to send the receipts and reminders a subscription needs.
Who it is shared with
The messaging platform a customer is granted access to (Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp), and the payment gateway a vendor has connected — never sold to anyone else.
Data isolation
Every vendor's data is isolated from every other vendor's, by construction, not by convention.
